On behalf of one of our clients, we are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for the role of PATNERSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP EXECUTIVE. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership & Sponsorship Executive to lead our clients sponsorship drive and corporate engagement efforts. This role is central to ensuring that events, programs, and initiatives receive the right support, visibility, and financial backing from global stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sponsorship Development

• Research, identify, and secure corporate sponsorship’s for events, programs, and campaigns (e.g., SHEEO Leadership Bootcamp, 50 Under 50 Awards, International Delegations).

• Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership packages that communicate clear value to sponsors.

• Negotiate sponsorship deals, ensuring both our client and their sponsors achieve measurable returns on investment.

• Maintain an updated pipeline of potential sponsors across industries (banking, tech, FMCG, governments, development agencies, etc.).

Partnership Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, international organizations, and ecosystem partners.

• Act as the key liaison between sponsors/partners and internal teams to ensure deliverables and brand visibility are met.

• Develop co-branding opportunities, collaborations, and joint campaigns with partners.

• Ensure regular reporting to sponsors on impact, visibility, and ROI.

Event & Program Support

• Work closely with the Events & Marketing teams to integrate sponsors into high-profile events (branding, speaking slots, exhibition booths, digital presence).

• Support delivery of sponsorship obligations before, during, and after events.

• Develop case studies and post-event reports to showcase success to current and future sponsors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, fundraising, or business development.

• Demonstrated track record of closing sponsorship deals and building partnerships.

• Previous experience working with NGOs, women empowerment initiatives, or international organizations is an advantage.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.

• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.

• Creativity in designing sponsorship packages and partnership models.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, global organization.

• Passion for women empowerment, entrepreneurship, and global development.
