Job Description
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Team Member to join PangaTech Solution Limited on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our integrated technology offerings to target audiences. You will work closely with our technical and leadership teams to translate complex software, system design, and hardware capabilities into compelling marketing messages, campaigns, and materials. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has a passion for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote PangaTech Solution Limited’s software products, system design services, and computer hardware offerings
Create engaging content for various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, brochures, and case studies
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms
Support lead generation efforts through content marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising
Collaborate with the technical team to develop product sheets, service descriptions, and sales enablement materials
Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, events, and product demonstrations
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems)
Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
