Job description
Wintop Industry Zambia Co. Limited is inviting qualified and results-oriented individuals to apply for the following position:
POSITION: PACKAGING SUPERVISOR (4 POSITIONS)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
Enforce safety procedures and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production and other departments to streamline operations and resolve packaging-related issues.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packaging processes and reduce operational costs.
Requirements:
Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a packaging environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in packaging and material handling.
