Serenity Wellness Center (SWC) is a non-profit mental health organization committed to prevention, treatment, and recovery for individuals, families, and communities. We provide evidence-based psychological interventions and work with diverse partners to foster a society that values mental health and wellness.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Officer to support the smooth functioning of our programs and organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across programs and projects.
Support human resources functions, including staff coordination and compliance with policies.
Manage procurement, logistics, and administration.
Ensure proper financial and resource accountability in line with organizational policies.
Maintain effective communication with staff, partners, and service providers.
Support program implementation and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in operations, administration, or project management (preferably in NGOs).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and general ICT skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Commitment to confidentiality, accountability, and the mission of SWC.
