As part of our expansion and commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee, innovate, and lead the backbone of our institution.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across all branches. You will lead from the front designing processes, optimizing performance, and driving accountability to achieve business growth while upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations across multiple branches to ensure peak performance and efficiency.

Develop and enforce operational policies, systems, and controls to enhance productivity and compliance.

Monitor and evaluate branch performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and strategic interventions.

Drive innovation in operational processes to enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround time.

Build, coach, and mentor high performing teams that deliver excellence under pressure.

Collaborate with senior management to translate strategy into effective operational execution.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and customer centric service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a strong advantage).

Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in operations management within microfinance, banking, or financial services (at least 3 years in a leadership role).

Proven expertise in managing multi branch operations and driving operational excellence.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership ability with exceptional people management skills.

High level of resilience, results orientation, and aggressive execution mindset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in digital systems and operational technology tools is highly desirable.
