Office Property Acquisition – Request for Proposals (RFP)

Dot Com Zambia PLC (LSE: DCZM), following its successful IPO, invites property owners and formally mandated real estate agents to submit proposals for office property in Lusaka.

We are seeking a residential or commercial property suitable for office use, with capacity for approximately 30 to 50 employees. The property should be well located, easily accessible, and offer adequate parking. Flexible internal layouts that allow for open work areas, offices, meeting rooms, and a kitchen are preferred. Expansion potential is an advantage.

The purchase budget is up to ZMW 10,000,000.

Submissions must include property details, location, asking price, clear photographs, proof of ownership, and contact information. Where submitted by an agent, valid real estate license details and proof of mandate from the property owner are required. Unmandated or speculative submissions will not be considered.
