Role Overview We are looking for a disciplined, organized, and professional individual to manage our front office and support daily administrative operations. This role requires someone who can handle clients confidently while maintaining strong internal coordination. Key Responsibilities – Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors – Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries – Manage filing systems, documents, and office records – Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars – Perform general administrative duties (printing, scanning, data entry) – Support management with day-to-day operational tasks Requirements – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Professional appearance and attitude – Highly organized and detail-oriented – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) – Ability to multitask and work under pressure – Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage Key Attributes – Reliable and punctual – Proactive and able to take initiative – Strong work ethic and accountability – Able to maintain confidentiality How to Apply Send your CV and a cover letter to hr@kamwesazambia.com with the subject: Office Assistant Application Deadline: 17th April 2026
