Job description
Ntemba24, a growing fashion retail business, is recruiting an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing activities and ensuring effective execution across the business.
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is hands-on, disciplined, customer-focused, collaborative and able to turn marketing plans into measurable results.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce or a related field
• Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, retail marketing or project coordination
• Multi-store retail or fashion experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
• Good Excel/spreadsheet, reporting and documentation skills
• Experience with budgets and vendor coordination
• Strong follow-through, accountability and ability to work under pressure
