gold-youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming communities through innovative youth programmes that empower the next generation to lead with vision, values, and a commitment to change. We are active in several African countries, expanding our footprint across Africa now operating in Uganda, Kenya, DRC, and Nigeria, alongside existing countries (RSA, Rwanda, Botswana, Zambia & Zimbabwe).

Are you a visionary leader passionate about youth development and social transformation? gold-youth is looking for a National Manager to drive impact and growth in your country.

Position: Zambia National Manager
Location: Lusaka or near our Test & Reference Site (Chingola)[Remote]
Start Date: March 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Lead national operations and strategy,
Oversee stakeholder engagement,
funding, and resource mobilization.
Manage teams and ensure programme excellence at all levels.
Strengthen partnerships with government, civil society, and sustainability partners.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Science, or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in youth development programme coordination or related fields. Strong networking, fundraising, and leadership skills. Passionate about youth empowerment and community transformation.
Fluent in English and at least one African language relevant to the country of operation. A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
