Multiple Positions – Solwezi

Job description

We are looking to recruit The Below Positions for a client in the Energy and Construction Industry for their Project in Solwezi. If you are an individual that believes in career progression, innovative, fearless and want to be on the winning team, we are the team for you.

Positions required:

• Construction Manager (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 20 months
• Electrical PV Supervisor: local – Duration: 10 months
• Commissioning Manager & Electrical HV Supervisor (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 10 months
• Civil & Mechanical Supervisor: local – Duration: 12 months
• Logistics Supervisor / Community Liaison Officer: local (preferably from the Solwezi community) – Duration: 20 months
• HSE Manager (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 20 months
• HSE Inspector: local – Duration: 17 months
• Quality Manager (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 20 months
• Quality Inspector: local – Duration: 17 months

General requirements:

• Fluency in English, with ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Availability for the full duration of the assignment
• Legal authorization to work in Zambia and ability to obtain a visa in a timely manner
• Preference for candidates with prior solar project experience in Zambia or Africa

Conditions:

• Possibility of rotation 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off 
• Weekends generally off
• Accommodation and vehicle provided if they are not residents of Solwezi
