2. Primary School Teachers

The Learning Ladder is in search of dedicated Primary School Teachers committed to delivering high-quality education aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Engage with parents and the school community to support student development.
Uphold the school’s commitment to child safeguarding and well-being.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Diploma in Education or a related field.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable international-standard school.
Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practicing license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom is an advantage.
