Huanze Bonanza is expanding and is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team.

1. Technical Support Agent (Bonanza Machine Technician) – 3 Positions

Location: Applicants must be based in Mtendere, Garden Twin Park, or Misisi (Lusaka).

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Fixed monthly salary.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide technical support for Huanze Bonanza machines.

· Assist Bonanza agents with machine-related issues, including:

· Machine recharging.

· Cash withdrawal issues.

· Network/connectivity problems.

· System troubleshooting.

· Any other technical issues that may arise.

· Visit agent locations when necessary to resolve technical problems.

· Ensure machines remain operational and provide timely support to agents.

Minimum Requirements

· Diploma or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or another relevant technical field.

· Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Must own an Android smartphone.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned areas.

2. Field Marketing Agent – Multiple Positions

Location: Anywhere within Lusaka.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

· Promote Huanze Bonanza products and services to potential customers.

· Identify and recruit potential clients interested in becoming Huanze Bonanza agents.

· Create awareness of Huanze Bonanza products and services and increase customer engagement within assigned areas.

· Identify and attract new customers.

· Provide accurate information about Huanze Bonanza products and services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.

· Submit daily reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.

· Represent the company professionally at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

· Must own an Android smartphone.

· Must be energetic, hardworking, and willing to work in different areas of Lusaka.

· Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement will be an added advantage.

· Familiarity with different areas of Lusaka is an added advantage.
