Job description
Our Client in Kitwe is currently seeking to hire the following positions.
Interested candidates are to be based in Kitwe.
– Accountant
– Logistics Manager
– Sales Representative
1. Accountant K5000-K6000
Responsibilities
– Manage all accounting transactions
– Prepare budget forecasts
– Publish financial statements in time
– Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
– Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
– Ensure timely bank payments
Required Qualifications & Skills: A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
3-4 years of work experience
2. Logistics Manager K5000-K6000
Responsibilities
– Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
– Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
– Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
– Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
– Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain roles.
3. Sales Representatives K5000-K6000
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new client relationships within target markets
– Present and promote our branding solutions to prospective clients
– Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly
– Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
– Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales (3 years or more), preferably in branding, signage, or related
industries
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
