Available Positions: Sales and Marketing Jobs in Chibombo

1. Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Contract Type: Two-year fixed term contract

Reporting To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Manage customer relationships and drive client acquisition efforts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Support the sales team in meeting revenue growth targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade Twelve School Certificate or equivalent General Certificate of Education.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage.

2. Sales Officer (Two Positions: Chilanga and Kanakantapa)

Contract Type: Permanent and pensionable

Reporting To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers, providing detailed product information and advice on feed products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare accurate customer invoices.
• Receive and fulfill customer orders promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movements.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and report shortages timely.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade Twelve School Certificate or equivalent General Certificate of Education.
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with invoicing systems.
