Accountant Position – Chirundu Location

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Perform bank, cash, and loan reconciliations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Branch Incharge Role – Lusaka (COMESA Branch)

Dosh Solutions Ltd invites applications from experienced and dedicated professionals to manage our Lusaka branch. The Branch Incharge will lead daily operations, oversee loan portfolios, and drive customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and activities efficiently.
• Supervise and support field officers to meet performance targets.
• Monitor loan performance, collections, and repayment schedules.
• Ensure accurate loan documentation and adherence to processes.
• Expand the branch’s customer base through proactive engagement.
• Prepare detailed branch performance reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• Experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams and meeting targets.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes and collections management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High levels of integrity and accountability.
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Google Sheets, and loan management systems, is advantageous.
