We are currently recruiting for the Head Teacher position alongside Early Childhood Education and Primary School teaching roles. Key Responsibilities of the Head Teacher Manage and coordinate all academic programs to ensure high-quality education delivery. Oversee administrative functions to facilitate smooth school operations. Regularly monitor and evaluate academic program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Interpret and implement educational policies to maintain quality standards. Manage staff and optimize the use of school resources to achieve institutional goals. Qualifications and Experience Required for Head Teacher Jobs in Lusaka Education: Minimum Grade 12 or university entrant status; a first degree in Education is mandatory. Experience: At least 2 years teaching experience as a deputy head teacher. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Numerical Skills: Basic numerical and computation skills. Other Attributes: Strong managerial skills, creativity, initiative, integrity, and self-motivation. Additional Teaching Positions Available Early Childhood Education Teacher and Primary School Teacher roles are also open with the following requirements: Accredited Teacher Training College qualification certified by the Teaching Council of Zambia. Valid Teacher Registration and Practising Licence. Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 5 credits (including English for ECE; English, Mathematics, and a Science subject for Primary). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Proficiency in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Christian background is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
