EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT NOTICE

Mbembe Construction and Suppliers Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and professionally registered individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

1. Site Foreman

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years proven site supervision experience
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Must be a registered member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) with a valid membership
Must be registered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB)

2. Mechanic – Mechanical Engineer

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in maintenance and repair of construction machinery and vehicles
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Must be a registered member of EIZ with a valid membership
Must be registered with ERB

3. Electrical Engineer

Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical installations and supervision
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
Ability to manage electrical works on construction projects
Must be a registered member of EIZ with a valid membership
Must be registered with ERB

4. Site Surveyor

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatic Engineering, or related field
Experience in site setting out, levelling, and use of modern surveying equipment.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and control points
Must be a registered member of EIZ with a valid membership
Must be registered with ERB and SIZ

5. Quantity Surveyor

Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities and financial reports
Must be a registered member of EIZ with a valid membership
Must be registered with ERB
Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors(ZIQS)
