Job description

Kafue Grand Resort, a premier hospitality destination dedicated to excellence in service and guest experience, is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team.

1. Mixologist / Bartender
Key Responsibilities:

Create, mix, and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails.
Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.
Provide friendly, engaging service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a reputable establishment.
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

2. Bar / Restaurant Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.
