Security Guard Jobs in Lusaka – Position Overview
We are recruiting disciplined, reliable, and alert Security Guards ready to contribute to our team’s success. Candidates should be physically fit and responsible, with a strong sense of discipline and honesty. The ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night rotations, is essential. While previous experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement as we value attitude and commitment.

Commission-Based Sales Agent Opportunities
Nambola Security is also looking for motivated Commission-Based Sales Agents to expand our security service offerings. This role involves promoting and selling a range of services including security guard provisions, CCTV installation, GPS tracking, and event security solutions. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and marketing skills, be self-driven, and confident in sales environments. Prior sales experience will be considered an asset.
