Role Overview: You will provide comprehensive administrative support across the Policy Administration and Claims Department, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of policies and claims.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Insurance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in claims or underwriting
2. Claims Clerk (1 vacancy)
Location: Lusaka
Role Overview: Support the Claims Department by managing front office operations, processing payments, and handling claims efficiently to maintain high service standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Insurance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in claims or underwriting
