Available Positions – Construction Jobs in Lusaka

We are actively recruiting motivated and skilled individuals for the following roles:

• Bricklayers – Minimum 3 years’ experience; skills in block laying, plastering, concrete works, and interpreting construction measurements and layouts.
• Carpenters – Minimum 3 years’ experience; proficient in formwork, framing, roofing, finishing carpentry, and carpentry tools.
• Plumbers – Minimum 3 years’ experience; expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair of water and drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
• Mechanics – Minimum 2 years’ experience; capable of diagnosing, servicing, and repairing light and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Drivers – Minimum 5 years’ experience; valid Class C Manual Driver’s Licence required; strong knowledge of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
• PSV Drivers – Minimum 5 years’ experience; valid Class CE Driver’s Licence; experience in passenger transport and compliance with PSV safety standards.
• Human Resource Manager – Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; expertise in recruitment, employee relations, labour laws, payroll, and HR administration.
• Construction Site Health & Safety Manager – Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience; skilled in implementing safety procedures, risk assessments, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Workshop Operations Manager – Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; capable of supervising workshop operations, managing staff and equipment, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring efficiency.

General Requirements

• Hardworking, honest, and self-motivated individuals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Traceable references will be an added advantage.
