Camco Group business portfolios include assembly, marketing and selling of agricultural equipment, construction equipment, heavy duty equipment, power generation equipment and motor vehicles, others are mining, tertiary education, farming, construction and property development and management. Camco Group seeks to appoint the following positions.

1. POSITION: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (01)

Job Purpose:  Responsible for coordinating and supporting branch operations to generate maximum Sales.

Reporting to: Operations Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum of BA / BSc in Business Management, Marketing or Engineering field from a recognized institution.
Advanced customer service skills
At least 3 years working experience in similar position.
Able to work independently / under minimum supervision.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should possess good compression ability, enthusiasm and hard working. Disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to function successfully as a leader / part of a team.
Must be registered and active member of respective professional bodies.

Main tasks and responsibilities.

Act as link between Head office and branches
Expeditiously deal with branch request
Order and secure branch inventor
Ensure branch inventory levels are kept within acceptable limits and avoid stockouts
Conduct stock audits from time to time
Provide all necessary support to the branches for them to achieve optimum sales
Provide administrative support to respective Operations Managers.

2. POSITION: ELECTRICIANS (02)

Job Purpose: Responsible for Power Generator Installation, servicing, trouble shooting and repairing.

Reporting to: After Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum of Diploma Electrical Engineering field from a recognized institution.
Experience in customer service skills
Knowledge in solar product installation will be and added advantag
At least 3 years working experience in similar position
Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
Soft Skills and Personality traits: able to work long and awkward hours (can be called at any time for emergencies)

Main tasks and responsibilities.

Assemble generators
Installation and commissioning
Trouble shooting and repair

3. POSITION: MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS (02)

Job Purpose: Responsible for Power Generator Installation, servicing, trouble shooting and repairing.

Reporting to: After Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum of Craft Certificate in Mechanical from a recognized institution.
Experience in Heavy Duty Machinery Repairing will be an added advantage
At least 3 years working experience in similar position
Able to work independently / under minimum supervision.

Main tasks and responsibilities.

Trouble shooting
Repair heavy-duty machines such as loaders, Bull Dozers, Excavators etc.
Repair of other machines such as electrical generators and other engines

4. POSITION: CHINESE TRANSLATORS (02)

Job Purpose: Responsible for facilitating communication between Chinese nationals and local population.

Reporting to: Operations Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum of HSK3 level.
Experience in Heavy Duty Machinery Repairing will be an added advantage
At least 2 years working experience in similar position.

Main tasks and responsibilities.

The ability to research and resolve translation challenges
Fluency in Chinese and English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
