1. TILERS X 3

Qualification: Trade Certificate in Tiling

Experience: Minimum 3 years

2. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER X 1

Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering

Registered with EIZ.

2025 Practicing License with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).

Experience: Minimum 2 years

3. SITE ENGINEER X 1

Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering and Registered with EIZ.

2025 Practicing License with Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in road works

4. ELECTRICAL FOREMEN X 2

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering,

Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia.

2025 Practicing License from a professional body

Experience: Minimum 2 years

5. ELECTRICAL CRAFTSMEN X 4

Qualification: Certificate in Electrical

Experience: Minimum 2 years

2025 Practicing License from a professional body

6. EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

Qualification: Relevant Trade Certificate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in road works

7. PROJECT MANAGER X 1

Qualification: BSc. Building Science, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

2025 Valid membership or Practicing License with the Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors or the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction works

8. CARPENTER X 2

Qualification:  Trade Certificate in Carpentry

Experience: Minimum 3 years

9. PLUMBER x 2

Qualification: Trade Certificate in Plumbing

Experience: Minimum 3 years

10. ELECTRICIAN X 2

Qualification: Trade Certificate in Electrical

Experience: Minimum 3 years

11. PAINTERS X 4

Qualification: Trade Certificate in Painting

Experience: Minimum 3 years

12. BRICKLAYER X 2

Qualification: Trade Certificate in Bricklaying

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

13. QUANTITY SURVEYOR X 2

Responsible for managing quantities, material estimates, and cost control

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum2-3 years

14. LAND SURVEYOR X 2

For setting out and verifying levels and alignment during construction.

Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

15. SKILLED OPERATORS AND ARTISANS

1. Excavator operator (01)

2. Dump truck drivers (02)

3. Carpenters/ formwork specialists (02)

4. Steel fixers (02)

5. Masons (02)

Certified and experienced in respective trades

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years

16. STOREKEEPER

Managing materials and equipment

Experienced in construction logistics.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
