African Power Coal Limited is pleased to announce multiple full-time power plant operator jobs in Sinazongwe, Zambia. We are seeking qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to join our team at the Mulungwa Power Generation Thermal Power Plant Project located in Sinazongwe District, Southern Province.

Available Positions for Power Plant Operator Jobs in Sinazongwe

We have several openings across various operator roles essential to our thermal power plant operations:

• Excavator Operators: 15 positions
• Dump Truck Drivers: 40 positions
• Dozer Operators: 5 positions
• Front End Loader Operators: 5 positions
• Roller Operator: 1 position

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for these power plant operator jobs in Sinazongwe:

• Possess a valid Zambian driver’s license; Class C or higher is mandatory for Dump Truck Drivers
• Hold a valid operator’s certificate issued by a recognized institution
• Have a minimum of three years’ proven experience operating the specific heavy equipment
• Demonstrate experience in mining, construction, or roadworks environments
• Be physically fit and capable of working shifts, including night shifts
