1. Civil Engineer

Location: Petauke, Zambia

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Registered with a relevant engineering board

2. Bricklayers (3 Positions)

Location: Petauke

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and stones according to project specifications.
Read and interpret construction blueprints.
Ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity.
Mix and apply mortar as needed.
Maintain safety and cleanliness on site

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a bricklayer.
Ability to work with different types of bricks and blocks.
Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
Knowledge of construction safety standards.

3. Carpenters (3 Positions)

Location: Petauke

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials.
Install doors, windows, frameworks, and roofing structures.
Follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Ensure quality craftsmanship and precision.
Work collaboratively with other construction professionals.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of carpentry experience.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.

4. Construction Site Manager

Location: Petauke

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site activities.
Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
Enforce safety regulations and compliance.
Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Report progress and challenges to senior management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction site management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
