Job Title: Motorbike Riders (2)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
The Couriers (Motorbike Riders) will be responsible for timely collection and delivery of parcels to and from clients. Their role will include but not limited to the following:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver parcels, packages and other assigned goods/products to customers in a timely manner.
* Navigate Lusaka routes efficiently to ensure prompt deliveries.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
* Assist in loading and unloading products as required.
* Maintain the motorbike by cleaning and ensuring it is in good working order.
* Have basic knowledge of mechanics.
* Proven experience working as a motorbike rider and met weekly cash targets.
* Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.
* Must own a smartphone.

Requirements:
* Clean Motor Bike license with a valid Class A (must be at least 2 years old)
* Full Grade 12 Certificate
* Good communication and interpersonal skills (conversant with English and local languages)
* Pays attention to detail.
* Must be tech literate and able to use applications like Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.
* Must be honest and possess high levels of confidentiality.
* Should have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
* Familiar with Lusaka routes and locations.
* Passion for Customer Service
* Ready to start immediately.
