About the  Job
Nchitonet Recruit has launched a Food and Parcel Delivery Channel to meet the growing demand for fast, reliable, and efficient delivery services in Lusaka. We are seeking skilled and dependable Motorbike Drivers to join our dynamic delivery team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-assigned motorbike to deliver food and parcels to clients.
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries in line with scheduled routes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service at all times.
Keep the motorbike in clean and roadworthy condition.
Handle packages and food items with care to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Accurately collect payments or obtain delivery confirmations where required.
Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company delivery policies.

Requirements

Aged between 18  and 35 years
Must hold a valid motorbike driver’s license.
Minimum of 1 year motorbike riding experience (delivery experience is an advantage).
Must be currently residing in Lusaka, Zambia.
Willing to undergo a background check before starting employment.
Physically fit and able to handle long hours on the road.
Strong knowledge of Lusaka roads and traffic regulations.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and dispatch teams.
Must be available to start work immediately.
