Job description
A Zambian company is seeking a highly driven and experienced Motor Sales Manager to lead and grow its automotive sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and market share growth.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
Oversee pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns for motor sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the motor industry, including sales trends and customer preferences.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet business targets.
