Job description
Sinohydro Zambia Limited, a leading international engineering and construction company, is seeking to recruit experienced and dedicated Motor Grader Operators to join our professional team on an ongoing road construction project.
Position: Motor Grader Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a motor grader efficiently for road construction, leveling, and finishing works.
Carry out grading according to specified designs, slopes, and alignment.
Conduct daily inspections and ensure proper maintenance of the grader.
Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to achieve project targets.
Comply with all safety, health, and environmental standards as per Sinohydro regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
Valid Heavy-Duty Equipment Operator’s License (preferably Class G).
At least 3 years of proven experience operating motor graders on road construction projects.
Knowledge of road construction procedures and safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
