MOBILE GAME PLAYER / GAMING ASSISTANT

Zampeak Innovations Limited is looking for motivated and disciplined Mobile Game Players / Gaming Assistants to join our growing gaming operations team.

🎮 THE ROLE

As a Mobile Game Player, you will:

• Play and complete assigned gaming orders and tasks.

• Work as part of a team to complete daily targets.

• Operate assigned gaming accounts and devices according to company procedures.

• Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Technical Management.

• Complete required screenshots, recordings and order reports.

• Participate in training and skill-development sessions.

• Maintain good discipline, attendance and teamwork.

• Follow gaming platform rules and company policies.

📍 WORK LOCATION & HOURS

Location: Kalundu, Lusaka

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00

This is a physical, on-site position. Applicants must be able to consistently report to the workplace during the required hours.

🎯 TRAINING & SELECTION

All successful applicants will first undergo a 6-day assessment program:

• 3 days of training

• 3 days of practical testing

During this period, we assess gaming ability, learning speed, discipline, teamwork, communication, attendance and ability to follow instructions.

Employment will be offered to candidates who successfully meet the required standards.

💰 SALARY & PERFORMANCE

Our compensation structure is performance-based.

Salary range: K1,200 – K7,000+ depending on role, ability and performance.

Employees are expected to work towards the Company’s monthly performance target of 26 valid orders.

Additional performance-based incentives may be available depending on the applicable role and salary structure.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18–30 years old.

• Must have a valid NRC or other acceptable identification.

• Must be comfortable playing mobile games for extended periods.

• Previous experience with Delta Force Mobile is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Must be disciplined, reliable and willing to learn.

• Must be able to work Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00.

• Must be willing to work on-site in Lusaka.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

This is a genuine gaming operations position. The role does not involve gambling, scams, fraud, money laundering or illegal transactions.
