Registrar Human Resource Jobs in Kitwe at Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation

Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation (MEF), a faith-based, non-denominational Pan-African Centre of Study, Worship, and Reflection located in Kitwe, Copperbelt, Zambia, is inviting applications for the position of Registrar/Human Resource Officer. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals seeking registrar human resource jobs in Kitwe who are committed to contributing to an institution that values faith, community, and development.

Position Overview: Registrar/Human Resource Officer

MEF is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Registrar/Human Resource Officer on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the Foundation’s human resource functions and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with institutional policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities for Registrar Human Resource Jobs in Kitwe

  • Manage all human resource functions including recruitment, appointments, promotions, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation and institutional policies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management team.
  • Coordinate registration processes and maintain institutional records effectively.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence relating to administrative and human resource matters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to institutional policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) O-Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • Age between 35 and 45 years.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to work independently.
