Job description
Mercury Express Logistics is hiring an E-Commerce Data Analyst in Lusaka.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Logistics or a related field.
• Two to three years of data analysis experience, preferably in e-commerce, courier, logistics or a related environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, validation, filtering, sorting and cleaning.
• Ability to produce professional Excel reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate data issues.
• Good communication and reporting skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
