Role Purpose

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Meet and Greeter for our Mansa Branch. The core responsibility of this role is to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees entering our premises. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Meet and Greeter will serve as the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our organization.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients
 Ensure client information is easily accessible via brochures .
Provide helpful input to the team.
Continuously improve your product knowledge and keep up with the latest trends in the business.
Make the branch a warm and welcoming place for all clients
Manage the flow of clients, ensuring an organized and client process
Guide clients on how to use Queue system, Uniapp and WhatsApp
Answer general inquiries about Unifi services and products
Address any concerns promptly to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Uphold customer service levels we pride ourselves on.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage
Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial
Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-focused mindset
