Job description
Key Responsibilities
a) Provide overall clinical leadership and conduct patient consultations in the Outpatient Department (OPD)
b) Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in line with MoH treatment guidelines
c) Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring quality assurance and patient safety
d) Participate in clinical audits, referrals, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
e) Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and ethical clinical practice
Qualifications & Requirements
a) MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
b) Full registration and valid practicing license with HPCZ
c) Minimum of 2 years’ post-internship clinical experience
d) Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
