MartMoney is expanding and hiring for Lusaka, Zambia.

Position: Attaches x4

Expectations of the Role
– Effective evaluation of loan applications.
– Track and maintain credit and loan information.
– Seek out new clients.
– Effective client retention and marketing.
– Effective in debt collection.

Qualifications, Skills and Competences
– Studying towards a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Marketing only.
– A good judge of character, making accurate assessments about people especially their reliability in determining a loan.
– Interpersonal skills: cultivating and strengthening existing customer relationships as well as building new relationships with potential customers.
– Verbal and written communication: explaining loans to customers so they have a complete understanding of the terms.
– Decision-making skills: evaluating a customer’s loan application and determining whether to award them a loan.
– Experience in SME lending and driver’s license is an added advantage.
