Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for building materials.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour related to the construction industry.
Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts.
Prepare reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Must reside in Lusaka.
