MULTIPLE POSITIONS AT GOLDCHANCE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED

1. MARKETING OFFICER (2)

Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Areas

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Manage and oversee the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Coordinate and participate in industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. CIVIL ENGINEER (1)

Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Areas

Oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections, analyze project requirements, and provide technical guidance.
Prepare and review project plans, blueprints, and technical reports.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Collaborate with architects and contractors to achieve project objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring high-quality execution of engineering solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment under minimal supervision.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
