Are you a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for digital engagement? Navi Afri, a leading fleet management company, is looking for a Marketing Officer to lead our marketing department and manage our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement
Professional Graphic designing
Manage all social media platforms, create compelling content, and drive online presence
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising
Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine marketing strategies
Collaborate with management team to align marketing efforts with business goals
 Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
 Proven track record of success in marketing.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet  targets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data
Excellent communication and creativity skills
Experience in fleet management or B2B marketing is an added advantage
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
