JOB VACANCY: MARKETING OFFICER

As part of our continued business development and growth initiatives, we invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the following position:

Marketing Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms and online marketing practices.
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Good understanding of market research, customer engagement and competitor analysis.
• Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in the construction, engineering or related industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company and its services.
• Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities.
• Support business development and client acquisition initiatives.
• Manage the company’s social media and digital marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events and other business engagements.
• Monitor marketing activities and provide regular reports on performance and opportunities.

Terms of Engagement

• Full-time position.
• Employment subject to company requirements and business needs.
