Marketing Officer

Job description

Elitrasmart Medical Supplies Ltd, a manufacturer of quality medical garments including Nurses Uniforms, Lab Coats, Scrubs, Theatre Gowns, and other healthcare apparel, is looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to be based in Kitwe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market and promote our range of medical garments to hospitals, clinics, nursing schools, pharmacies, and corporate clients on the Copperbelt

2. Identify new markets and build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions and uniform buyers

3. Conduct product presentations, fittings, and follow-ups

4. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and achieve monthly sales targets

5. Participate in tenders and represent the company at health exhibitions and events

6. Collect market feedback on designs, sizes, and fabric preferences to support production

7. Maintain proper records of clients and sales activities

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2. Minimum 2 years work experience in sales and marketing

3. Valid Driver’s License – Must be able to drive and have own transport is an added advantage

4. Must be Copperbelt based. Kitwe residents will have an added advantage

5. Experience marketing uniforms, PPE, or medical supplies will be an added advantage

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills

7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and computer literate in MS Office
