Odin-Benevolent Culinary Arts is seeking two motivated and skilled Marketing Officers to join our dynamic team in Lusaka, Zambia. About the Marketing Officer Jobs in Lusaka

The training school is conveniently located in Lusaka town, along Cairo Road at Zimco House, floor number 02. We are looking for individuals who can effectively market and brand the school, engage with prospective students, and boost our presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the training school continuously.
  • Manage and enhance the school’s branding across all relevant channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, and other communication platforms.
  • Advertise the school on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and WhatsApp.
  • Recruit both local and international students to enroll in courses.
  • Maintain polite, patient, and professional communication with clients and prospects.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve marketing targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in advertising is an advantage, particularly previous work as a marketing officer in a training institute.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one local language.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and social media advertising.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good time management and organizational skills.

Location Lusaka, Zambia
Job Type Full Time
Salary (Probation Period) K3,500 per month for first 3 months
Probation Period 3 months
Interview Date 17th June 2026 (Open Interviews)
