About the Marketing Manager Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will spearhead initiatives that drive business growth and customer acquisition. This pivotal role involves crafting innovative marketing strategies, conducting thorough market and competitor analysis, and managing impactful campaigns that promote the company’s brand and services. The successful candidate will also oversee marketing sponsorships, events, and activations to strengthen customer engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share
• Perform competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Enhance brand management and customer support programs
• Coordinate marketing sponsorships, events, and promotional activations

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is required
• At least six years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales
