We seek a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and evolving the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business development. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to lead integrated marketing initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Design and execute scalable marketing programs and campaigns tailored to the needs and interests of clients and prospects.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
Support integrated marketing efforts across digital, social media, PR, internal communications, and web platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and case studies.
Lead and execute channel-specific marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned retailers.
Improve brand presence in-store through effective planning, execution, and tracking of campaigns aligned with annual marketing priorities.
Conceptualize and implement trade promotions and high-impact retail activations in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Conduct regular visits to points of sale to ensure brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic plans, aligning marketing activities with sales and business development objectives.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve key initiatives.
Set realistic timelines and expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to continually refine marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (5 years) in a marketing management role,
Strong background in brand strategy, campaign management, and content development.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing (if applicable).
A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
