Job description
Purpose of the Role
Support the marketing and business development function through research, digital engagement, content creation, and analysis that strengthens brand visibility, enhances customer experience, and contributes to revenue and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Track industry trends in facilities management and integrated soft services.
Analyse competitor activities, pricing, positioning, and service offerings.
Provide insight reports to support strategic decision-making and pitch preparation.
2. Brand Visibility and Content Development
Assist in creating marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Support photography and videography for site activities, campaigns, and client engagements.
3. Digital Marketing Execution
Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
Track digital metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, CTR) and produce monthly reports.
Assist in running paid digital campaigns and basic SEO improvements.
4. Customer Experience Support
Support the Customer Experience team with data collection and feedback analysis.
Conduct customer satisfaction checks, follow-ups, and documentation of insights.
Map customer touchpoints and identify areas for improvement.
5. Revenue and Market Share Growth Activities
Assist with lead generation research and updating the CRM database.
Prepare marketing collateral for tenders, proposals, and presentations.
Support business development events, exhibitions, client visits, and trade shows.
6. Internal Coordination and Reporting
Maintain structured filing for marketing assets and reports.
Prepare activity updates and marketing performance dashboards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
Good research, analytical, and writing skills.
Ability to develop basic marketing content (graphics, captions, simple videos).
Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
