Job description
? Marketing Intern (Pharmaceutical / FMCG Sector)
We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support sales, content, and events. If you’re organized, confident, and eager to learn, this is for you.
? Key Responsibilities
1) Sales & Marketing Support
Follow up with existing customers; confirm product availability in stores.
Assist with customer engagement and in-store visibility initiatives.
2) Digital Communication
Post daily updates in our WhatsApp sales groups/channel (promos, stock alerts, wins).
Support basic content creation (short captions, product highlights).
3) Administration & Data Management
Data entry, sorting, and reporting in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Maintain and update the customer database accurately.
4) Event Coordination
Help organize events/exhibitions: venue, logistics, brochures, booth setup.
5) Presentation & Reporting
Prepare slides and simple reports; present updates confidently.
? Ideal Candidate
Strong communication, excellent organization, and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT).
Confident speaking with clients and presenting.
➕ Added Advantage (Not mandatory but a big plus)
Content creation & graphics design (Canva/Adobe Express or similar).
Basic photo/video skills for simple social posts.
? Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
Open to fresh graduates or students seeking internship experience.
Prior exposure to sales/marketing/events is a plus.
Location: Lusaka
Duration: 3–6 months (possible extension)
Compensation: Internship allowance provided
