MARKETING & GRAPHIC DESIGN OFFICER

Job description

Hala Shine Cosmetics Industries Ltd. is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Graphic Design Officer to support the development and promotion of our brands and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating parts of marketing materials, digital content, supporting product launches, coordinating with marketing agencies and printers, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing agency.

• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.

• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and exhibitions.

• Support sales and marketing activities with promotional materials.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, flyers, posters, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

• Create product labels, packaging artwork, and product mockups.

• Design billboards, exhibition materials, and point-of-sale materials.

• Prepare print-ready artwork according to supplier specifications.

• Coordinate with printers and packaging suppliers regarding artwork requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role.

• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

• Basic photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.

• Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is preferred.
