Marketing & Graphic Design Officer

Job description

Hala Shine Cosmetics Industries Ltd is hiring a Marketing and Graphic Design Officer to support brand and product promotion, create marketing materials and digital content, support launches, coordinate with agencies and printers, and ensure brand consistency.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing agency
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions and exhibitions
• Support sales and marketing activities with promotional materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, flyers, posters, brochures, banners and promotional materials
• Create product labels, packaging artwork and product mockups
• Design billboards, exhibition materials and point-of-sale materials
• Prepare print-ready artwork per supplier specifications
• Coordinate with printers and packaging suppliers on artwork requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, graphic design, or similar role
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty or manufacturing industries is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Basic photography and video editing skills is an added advantage
• Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is preferred
