Role Summary:
AliTech is seeking a Marketing & Client Acquisition Manager to drive customer growth for our cloud, web, and IT services. This role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, and digital marketing, helping position AliTech as a trusted technology partner for businesses in Zambia and beyond.
Key Duties:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients
Promote AliTech services across digital platforms and business networks
Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers
Manage sales conversations, proposals, and follow-ups
Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance
Build and manage AliTech’s sales and marketing pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Strong understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition
Experience selling services (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and hit targets
Background in ICT, tech services, or digital solutions is an advantage
