Job description
Marketing & Administrative Assistant Intern
Premium Lubricants
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant Intern to support both marketing initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations.
Marketing Support
Assist in event planning and executing marketing campaigns, activations promotions, and on-ground activations
Create and schedule social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Support content creation including captions, basic graphics, and email drafts
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the team
Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and minute-taking
Maintain and organize files, documents, and reports
Support procurement processes and coordination with vendors
Event coordination and support
Experience we are looking for:
Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Previous internship, volunteer, or project experience in marketing or administration
