Key Responsibilities

Assist in marketing campaigns, social media management, and client outreach
Support administrative tasks, including document processing and data entry.
Engage with clients and provide customer service support.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Assist in organizing events and promotional activities.

Requirements

Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for marketing, sales, and client engagement.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of microfinance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
